Is DA good for artists to find people that are looking for a person that works in their medium? I guess the short version is this; does DA help artists find an outlet for their work in the real world, not just in a web gallery. That's something that I would like to see literature on.
Not that I believe that my photography would be note worthy to anyone. Even though I wish I could break out into something more than just having a hobby. But isn't that what everyone wants?
All and all, it's just a thought that I wanted to know more information about. It came to mind as I was thinking about a portfolio to put together.
I just bought my camera not...3?...months ago and I have already fallen out of love with it. The pictures are to grainy for my tastes and I think it falls short of my over all expectations in most areas. I guess that is what I get for talking to the sales man in Japanese? I'm not sure what to do though, seeing as I shelled out about $300 for a camera that I no longer want. I guess for now, use it until I can get something better.
